I'm aching all over! My arms and legs are both so painful! But, you know, this is good pain.( i think) Netball training was a toture!!! But you know what! I kinda like it! Afterall, I'm a warrior I think that netball training is like training for battle! Sure, you will have sore arms and sore legs but come to the actual battle and on the battlefield, the training will really serve you well. Except in netball it is training for tournaments and whatnots. I got a HUGE blueblack on my right knee!!! Ah well, one cant come out easy from a toturous training. We have to do tortise, lunges, vertical ladder and some log lifting and throwing the medicine ball. But I'm still the weakest of the team. I need to train harder!
