Yeah!! I manage to run 4.3km without stopping! Woke up early this morning and went out to jog with evan. I'm proud of myself!!! Heh! It was tiring but so worth it lah! It gives u a sense of archeivement!!! So happy! Now my legs feel so cramp and i have trouble sitting down...ah well, some good things and some bad things...balance. Yesterday training oso have a part in my tired out legs!!! But i guess it is good!
